Our Story

Healthy Kitchen Course was born from a simple observation: most people want to cook better meals for themselves and their families, but they lack confidence in the kitchen. Whether it's understanding basic knife skills, choosing quality ingredients, or mastering fundamental cooking techniques, these gaps create frustration and lead many to rely on convenience foods instead of home-cooked meals.

Our founding team spent years working in food education and noticed that traditional cooking classes often overlooked the practical, everyday needs of busy home cooks. We saw an opportunity to create something different—a course built specifically for real people with real schedules, focused on the essential skills and knowledge that actually matter for preparing wholesome food at home.

Starting from our base in Barcelona, Spain, we set out to build an accessible online resource that removes barriers to healthy home cooking.
